Claims made after 72 hours cannot be accepted as transit damage.
Items that have been fitted or attempted to be fitted cannot be claimed as transit‑damaged.

Please do not arrange your own return unless you refused the delivery. We will handle the return process and provide instructions.

A clear photo of the item you received

A photo of the packaging label showing the product code
