To keep you updated, please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout. This helps the courier contact you if they have difficulty locating your address.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items Reporting Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the damage along with your order number to info@toiletseatstore.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery.
Claims made after 72 hours cannot be accepted as transit damage.fitted or attempted to be fitted cannot be claimed as transit‑damaged.
Please do not arrange your own return unless you refused the delivery. We will handle the return process and provide instructions.
Incorrect or Missing Items If you have received the wrong item or something is missing, please email info@toiletseatstore.co.uk within 48 hours with:
A clear photo of the item you received
A photo of the packaging label showing the product code

Returns Policy For hygiene reasons, toilet seats are non‑returnable once the plastic hygiene seal has been removed .
You can inspect the seat for damage or discrepancies without breaking the seal by carefully opening the packaging and removing the seat while keeping the seal intact.
