When will my order arrive?
Most toilet seats are in stock and we aim to dispatch orders promptly. Our current estimated delivery window is 2–9 days from the date of order. If a product has a different lead time, please check its product page or the information shown at checkout.
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, we will email tracking details so you can follow its progress.
A delivery address that suits you
You can choose a suitable address at checkout, such as your home, workplace or the address of a relative or neighbour. Please provide an accurate email address and phone number so we or the courier can reach you if necessary.
Prefer to collect?
Collection from our Kent warehouse may be possible. Please contact us before travelling so we can confirm your order is ready.
Preferred dates & faster delivery
If a preferred delivery date field appears at checkout, you can tell us which date works best for you. We will do our best to accommodate your request, although a preferred date is not a guaranteed delivery appointment.
Selected products may be offered with a faster delivery service. Where available, the service, cost and applicable order cut-off will be shown on the product page or at checkout. Please rely on the option confirmed for your order.
Outside the UK mainland
The free and £3.99 delivery rates above apply to UK mainland addresses. For Northern Ireland, offshore addresses or international delivery, availability, charges and delivery times may differ. Please contact us for details before placing an order if a suitable delivery option is not shown at checkout.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, handling fees or local restrictions. We will clarify the delivery arrangement when quoting; please also check the rules that apply at the destination.
