Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items Reporting Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the damage along with your order number to info@toiletseatstore.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery.
Claims made after 72 hours cannot be accepted as transit damage.fitted or attempted to be fitted cannot be claimed as transit‑damaged.
Please do not arrange your own return unless you refused the delivery. We will handle the return process and provide instructions.
