Claims made after 72 hours cannot be accepted as transit damage.
Items that have been fitted or attempted to be fitted cannot be claimed as transit‑damaged.

Please do not arrange your own return unless you refused the delivery. We will handle the return process and provide instructions.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you have received the wrong item or something is missing, please email info@toiletseatstore.co.uk within 48 hours with:

A clear photo of the item you received

A photo of the packaging label showing the product code

Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, toilet seats are non‑returnable once the plastic hygiene seal has been removed.

You can inspect the seat for damage or discrepancies without breaking the seal by carefully opening the packaging and removing the seat while keeping the seal intact.

Something wrong with your delivery?

Please contact us as soon as possible and keep the packaging while we investigate. We ask that transit damage is reported within 72 hours, and incorrect or missing items within 48 hours, where possible. These reporting requests do not affect your statutory rights.

For an eligible online order, tell us within 14 days of receiving it if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return it.

Please keep the hygiene seal intact.
Where a toilet seat is supplied sealed for hygiene protection, opening that seal after delivery may remove the right to return it simply because you have changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

How to return an item
