Something wrong with your delivery?

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, email info@toiletseatstore.co.uk with your order number. Photos of the item and packaging label help us resolve the issue quickly.

Please contact us as soon as possible and keep the packaging while we investigate. We ask that transit damage is reported within 72 hours, and incorrect or missing items within 48 hours, where possible. These reporting requests do not affect your statutory rights.
