FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £49

That's right, ALL orders over £49 are delivered free of charge as long as you have a mainland UK address. Orders under £49 are charged £3.99 for delivery. We can deliver to your home or, if easier, your work address, a relative or neighbour - whatever is best for you.

DELIVERY TIME: MOST OF OUR SEATS ARE IN STOCK AND WE AIM TO DISPATCH YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY BUT IN SOME CASES IT MAY TAKE UPTO 1 WEEK FROM ORDER TO DELIVERY.

Please ensure you provide us with an email address and phone number when you place your order so we can keep you informed of its status and if the delivery driver has a problem finding your address, they can contact you to deliver your order first time.

When your order is packed and dispatched from our warehouse you will be emailed with tracking information so that you can check your delivery's progress.

We have worked hard to develop our packaging materials and techniques to make sure that your orders arrive in perfect condition.

You can collect from our warehouse in Kent if it's easier for you, but please contact us first to make sure your order is ready as we don't want to disappoint.

Damaged / Missing Goods / Picking Errors

Reporting Damaged Items

If any goods arrive damaged, you must provide clear images of the damage along with your order number within 72 hours of delivery via email to info@toiletseatstore.co.uk.co.uk.

• If a report is made after 72 hours, we will be unable to accept a claim that the item was damaged in transit.
• Items that have been attempted to be fitted cannot be claimed as transit-damaged and will not be accepted for return.
• Unless you refuse the initial delivery, please do not arrange a return. We will handle the return process and provide further guidance.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong item or an insufficient quantity, please email info@toiletseatstore.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt with:

1. A clear picture of the item you received.
2. A photograph of the label on the packaging, including the product code.

• Returns should not be arranged independently—we will coordinate the return process and provide instructions.

RETURNS: 

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, toilet seats are non-returnable if the plastic seal has been removed from the seat. You can check toilet seats for damages / discrepancies without removing said seal quite easily by carefully opening the packaging, making sure it can be resealed and resold if necessary and then remove the seat from the packaging without breaking the seal.

If you need to return your item then please use an insured courier service and send to Unit 1 Manor Farm, Lower Rainham Road, Gillingham, Kent. ME7 2AX. Please include your name and order number so that we can process the return. All returns must be undamaged and resalable in original undamaged packaging. All refunds will be minus the original delivery cost.
