We can deliver your toilet seat to your home, workplace, a neighbour or a relative—whatever is most convenient for you.

Fast Dispatch & Delivery Times

Most of our toilet seats are in stock and we aim to dispatch immediately.
In some cases, delivery may take up to 1 week from the date of order.

To keep you updated, please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout. This helps the courier contact you if they have difficulty locating your address.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your delivery’s progress.

We use strong, protective packaging designed to ensure your toilet seat arrives in perfect condition.

You are welcome to collect from our Kent warehouse, but please contact us beforehand so we can confirm your order is ready.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

Reporting Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email clear photos of the damage along with your order number to info@toiletseatstore.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery.

Claims made after 72 hours cannot be accepted as transit damage.
Items that have been fitted or attempted to be fitted cannot be claimed as transit‑damaged.

Please do not arrange your own return unless you refused the delivery. We will handle the return process and provide instructions.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you have received the wrong item or something is missing, please email info@toiletseatstore.co.uk within 48 hours with:

A clear photo of the item you received

A photo of the packaging label showing the product code

Do not arrange a return yourself—we will organise the correct process for you.

We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and efficiently.

Returns Policy

For hygiene reasons, toilet seats are non‑returnable once the plastic hygiene seal has been removed.

You can inspect the seat for damage or discrepancies without breaking the seal by carefully opening the packaging and removing the seat while keeping the seal intact.

If you need to return an item, please use an insured courier service and send it to:

All returned items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Refunds will be issued minus the original delivery cost.
